 Well no, you can't on both counts. EA have made it quite clear that their main focus on Fifa 16 is player emotions and interactivity towards each other. I guess the game itself didn't really need changing, as Fifa 16 was amazing enough, but EA have indeed added some tweaks to Fifa 16 PS4 Coins  the mechanics and tried hard to maintain some sort of on-pitch balance.
