David Moyes has insisted the changes he made to his Evertonstarting line-up at the New Den was not disrespectful toMillwall.The Blues boss made five changes from the side that defeatedCharlton in the Premiership on holiday Monday, bringing in RichardWright, David Weir, James McFadden, Phil Neville and Marcus Bent inplace of Nigel Martyn, Joseph Yobo, James Beattie, Duncan Fergusonand Leon Osman.Beattie, Ferguson and Osman all came on as second halfsubstitutes to help the Blues come from one goal down to Fifa 16 Coins secure a1-1 draw and a replay at Goodison.
